Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy advanced machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Lead end-to-end data pipelines, from data extraction and cleaning to model deployment.
- Partner with product managers to translate technical findings into actionable business insights.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.
- Stay current on cutting-edge research in NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
- Build scalable data infrastructure using distributed computing frameworks.
- Perform deep-dive analysis to identify trends and anomalies in multi-dimensional datasets.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in building production-grade ML systems.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Solid understanding of cloud-based infrastructure, preferably AWS or GCP.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in distributed computing tools like Apache Spark or Dask.
- Proven track record of publishing research or shipping impactful data products.
