You will work directly with cross-functional product and engineering teams in an agile environment, defining the standards for excellence that define our product reputation.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and automated test suites.
- Collaborate with developers to identify root causes and implement robust bug-fix tracking.
- Lead the transition from manual regression testing to a fully automated CI/CD integrated pipeline.
- Perform deep-dive performance and load testing to ensure high system availability.
- Mentor junior QA members and foster a culture of quality-first development.
- Participate in architectural reviews to provide input on functional and non-functional requirements.
- Monitor production health metrics and drive improvements based on user feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a focus on automation (Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress).
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, JavaScript, or Java).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
- Deep understanding of RESTful API testing and database validation (SQL/NoSQL).
- Strong analytical mindset with a track record of identifying edge-case scenarios.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex quality risks to stakeholders.
