- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of rigorous statistical testing and code quality.
- Translate non-technical requirements into technical specifications and lead project scoping.
- Implement MLOps best practices to ensure model performance, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Present findings through advanced data visualization techniques to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or statistical modeling.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python or R and SQL.
- Strong background in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying models into production environments.
