Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring fast load times and responsive designs across all devices.
- Testing: Implement comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure system reliability.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Frontend: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and HTML5/CSS3.
- Backend: Expertise in Node.js, Express, or similar server-side technologies.
- Databases: Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
