Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for predictive modeling
- Translate complex business challenges into data-driven solutions using Python/R
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and statistical analysis for product optimization
- Develop real-time anomaly detection systems for large-scale data streams
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive decision support
- Mentor junior data scientists and conduct peer code reviews
- Publish research findings in industry conferences and journals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of applied data science experience with production-level ML systems
- Expertise in Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and SQL with big data tools
- Strong statistical foundation including experimental design and causal inference
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ deployed ML solutions with measurable ROI
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps practices
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
