Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning models to production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to define key performance indicators and metrics.
- Conduct deep-dive exploratory data analysis to identify actionable business insights.
- Develop automated dashboards and reporting frameworks for executive stakeholders.
- Mentor junior data scientists and advocate for best practices in coding and model evaluation.
- Maintain high standards of data governance, security, and privacy compliance.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with R is a plus.
- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of model validation techniques, A/B testing, and experimental design.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical findings into compelling business narratives.
