Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy end-to-end machine learning pipelines in a production environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to identify data-driven opportunities.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden trends and patterns.
- Develop and maintain advanced predictive models to optimize user engagement.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to our internal knowledge-sharing codebase.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders with clarity.
- Evaluate and implement cutting-edge data science methodologies and tools.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data science or machine learning roles.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with R is a plus.
- Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-Learn.
- Proven track record of deploying models into production (MLOps).
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical and business strategy.
