Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning models for predictive analytics and optimization
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) to uncover business insights
- Develop data visualization dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder communication
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy ML models into production environments
- Mentor junior data scientists and establish best practices for data governance
- Translate technical findings into strategic recommendations for executive leadership
- Lead A/B testing frameworks to validate product hypotheses
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics with proven track record of ML deployment
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and SQL
- Strong statistical modeling background with experience in experimental design
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI)
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Published research or patents in data science preferred
