Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines to predict customer behavior and optimize business KPIs
- Develop advanced statistical models for A/B testing and causal inference in production environments
- Translate complex data findings into compelling visualizations and executive presentations
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models at scale using cloud technologies (AWS/GCP)
- Mentor junior data scientists and conduct peer reviews of analytical methodologies
- Lead research initiatives on emerging techniques like NLP and deep learning for unstructured data
- Define and track success metrics for data science projects using MLOps principles
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in applied data science and predictive modeling
- Expert proficiency in Python (scikit-learn, pandas, TensorFlow) and SQL
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex ML projects with measurable business impact
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer or AWS Certified Data Scientist preferred
