Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize advanced ML algorithms for predictive analytics and recommendation systems
- Lead end-to-end data science projects: from data extraction and feature engineering to model deployment
- Translate business objectives into technical solutions using Python, R, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure models align with product vision and ethical standards
- Present findings to C-level executives through compelling data visualizations and storytelling

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science with portfolio showcasing production ML systems
- Expertise in statistical modeling, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch), and NLP techniques
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop, BigQuery)
- Strong business acumen with experience translating technical results into actionable strategies
- PhD or Master's in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
