Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy end-to-end machine learning pipelines using Python and cloud-native infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to define key metrics and translate business requirements into technical specs.
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational growth.
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to validate model performance and user experience improvements.
- Mentor junior data team members through technical code reviews and best-practice workshops.
- Maintain high standards of data governance, integrity, and model documentation.
- Present actionable insights to executive leadership to influence long-term product roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics.
- Fluency in Python, R, and expert-level proficiency in SQL.
- Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with big data technologies such as Spark, Kafka, or Snowflake is highly preferred.
- A track record of shipping production-level models that delivered measurable business impact.
