Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy predictive models using Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Lead exploratory data analysis and A/B testing to identify optimization opportunities
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions using cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Mentor junior data scientists and establish best practices for model governance
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into production systems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data science with proven track record of deploying ML models
- Expertise in statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and experimental design
- Proficiency in data manipulation (Pandas, NumPy) and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of cloud data warehousing (BigQuery, Redshift) and ETL pipelines
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
