Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy machine learning models to predict customer behavior and optimize business outcomes
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using Python, SQL, and cloud technologies (AWS/GCP)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations
- Create compelling data visualizations and executive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to validate hypotheses and drive product improvements
- Stay current with emerging techniques in NLP, deep learning, and causal inference
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics roles with proven impact
- Expertise in Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and SQL with database optimization
- Strong statistical foundation with experience in experimental design and hypothesis testing
- Portfolio demonstrating complex projects with measurable business outcomes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) or data visualization tools preferred
