Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced machine learning models for predictive analytics and natural language processing
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from ideation to deployment using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into production systems and ensure scalability
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate findings to stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate model performance and drive product improvements
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to internal R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field with 5+ years of experience
- Expert proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade ML models at scale
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, experimental design, and causal inference
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Portfolio of published research or open-source contributions
