Responsibilities

- Mentor junior data scientists and promote best practices in code quality and model validation.

- Communicate findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics.
- Expertise in Python or R and advanced proficiency in SQL.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of model evaluation metrics, feature engineering, and statistical modeling.
- Proven track record of shipping end-to-end ML solutions into production environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
