Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy advanced ML models for predictive analytics and automation
- Design A/B tests and causal inference frameworks to measure product impact
- Create interactive dashboards and data visualizations for executive stakeholders
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from discovery to production deployment
- Mentor junior scientists and champion ethical data practices
- Publish research in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data science with Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Advanced degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- Expertise in ML algorithms (XGBoost, NLP, deep learning)
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade models at scale
- Strong statistical modeling and experimental design skills
