Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning models for predictive analytics
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from hypothesis to production deployment
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines for real-time processing
- Communicate complex findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and reports
- Mentor junior data scientists and conduct peer code reviews
- Stay current with emerging ML techniques and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science and ML model development
- Expertise in Python, SQL, and at least one ML framework (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
- Strong statistical analysis and experimental design skills
- Proven track record of deploying ML models in production environments
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
