Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines for predictive modeling and anomaly detection
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Develop scalable data visualizations using Tableau and Power BI for executive dashboards
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize product features
- Mentor junior data scientists and foster a culture of continuous learning
- Present findings to C-level executives and technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Expertise in supervised/unsupervised learning algorithms (XGBoost, Neural Networks)
- Strong statistical foundation with experimental design experience
- Proven track record of deploying production ML models at scale
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
