- Publish research in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior scientists and evangelize data-driven culture across the organization
- Optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) for ML workloads and cost efficiency
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks
- Proven track record of deploying production ML systems handling 10M+ daily transactions
- Publishing record in top-tier venues (NeurIPS, ICML, JMLR)
- Deep knowledge of Bayesian inference, causal inference, and time-series analysis
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow)
- Strong communication skills for executive stakeholder engagement
