Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning models for predictive forecasting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business challenges into quantitative research projects.
- Develop and maintain production-grade data pipelines using cloud-native infrastructure.
- Conduct deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden market trends.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to our internal machine learning engineering standards.
- Present technical findings and actionable insights to C-suite stakeholders.
- Implement A/B testing frameworks to validate model performance and business impact.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning engineering.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with Scala or R is a plus.
- Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch).
- Extensive experience working with distributed computing environments (Spark, AWS EMR, or BigQuery).
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex statistical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Solid foundation in software engineering practices, including CI/CD and version control.
