Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy sophisticated machine learning models to production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define key business metrics.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden trends and patterns.
- Mentor junior data scientists and promote best practices in code quality and model validation.
- Design and conduct A/B testing frameworks to validate product feature impact.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, non-technical insights for stakeholders.
- Optimize existing algorithms to improve latency and predictive accuracy.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or statistical modeling.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with R or Scala is a plus.
- Strong experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying models into high-traffic, production cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks like Apache Spark or Ray.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate technical strategies to non-technical partners.
