Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy advanced machine learning models to solve high-impact business problems.
- Lead end-to-end data pipelines, from ingestion to model productionization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden trends and actionable insights.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to our internal ML best practices.
- Communicate complex statistical findings to non-technical executive leadership.
- Drive A/B testing frameworks to optimize product performance and conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or predictive modeling.
- Expertise in Python or R, with mastery of libraries like Pandas, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift).
- Proven experience with MLOps best practices and deploying models to production environments (AWS or GCP).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in an agile environment.
- Strong communication skills, with a track record of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
