Job Description

As a key member of our technical team, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of data-driven projects, from initial hypothesis generation to model deployment and monitoring. You will work closely with product leaders to unlock the value of our vast datasets and create personalized experiences for millions of users.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize scalable machine learning algorithms to improve product performance and user engagement.
- Perform rigorous statistical analysis and feature engineering on high-volume datasets to uncover actionable insights.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into production pipelines using cloud infrastructure.
- Design and conduct A/B tests to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of new features.
- Mentor junior data scientists and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, compelling visualizations and business recommendations.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or analytics.
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and SQL.
- Strong experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
- Proven track record of deploying models in production environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
