Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for production systems.
- Analyze large-scale structured and unstructured data to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop advanced statistical models to optimize user acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define data-driven KPIs.
- Mentor junior data scientists and champion best practices in code quality and model documentation.
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to validate model efficacy.
Qualifications
- MS or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, predictive modeling, or machine learning.
- Proficiency in Python or R with strong expertise in libraries like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and big data technologies (Spark, BigQuery, or Snowflake).
- Strong understanding of experimental design and hypothesis testing.
- Proven ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical executive stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
