Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data science pipelines using Python, SQL, and cloud platforms
- Develop predictive models and statistical analyses to optimize business KPIs
- Translate findings into executive-ready visualizations and strategic recommendations
- Lead A/B testing frameworks for product optimization initiatives
- Mentor junior data scientists and conduct peer code reviews
- Present results to C-suite stakeholders and technical teams
- Research and prototype emerging ML techniques for real-world applications
Qualifications
- Masters or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science and analytics
- Expertise in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and SQL
- Strong statistical modeling background (regression, time series, causal inference)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data warehousing
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
