Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines for healthcare predictive modeling
- Lead A/B testing frameworks for clinical trial optimization
- Develop real-time anomaly detection systems for patient monitoring
- Translate complex findings into executive dashboards and stakeholder reports
- Mentor junior data scientists while establishing best practices
- Collaborate with product teams to deploy models in production environments
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years building production ML systems at scale
- Expertise in Python (scikit-learn, XGBoost) and SQL
- Proven experience with healthcare or biomedical data
- Strong statistical modeling background (Bayesian methods, survival analysis)
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and MLOps tools
- Published research or conference presentations preferred
