Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends and patterns that inform product strategy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to integrate data-driven insights into the development lifecycle.
- Communication: Translate technical findings into clear, concise, and compelling presentations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor model performance and optimize data pipelines for efficiency and accuracy.
- Mentorship: Guide junior data scientists and interns, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data science or a related analytics role.
- Programming: Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and SQL.
- Tools: Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Modeling: Strong understanding of classical ML algorithms and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
