Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced machine learning models for predictive analytics and natural language processing
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from hypothesis to deployment using cloud-native infrastructure
- Translate complex business challenges into data-driven solutions using Python, R, and SQL
- Optimize data pipelines and visualization tools to deliver real-time insights to stakeholders
- Mentor junior scientists and foster collaborative innovation through technical workshops
- Stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies and contribute to open-source initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related technical field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science with proven track record of production deployments
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong foundation in statistical modeling, experimental design, and A/B testing methodologies
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and MLOps frameworks

- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or conference proceedings a plus
