Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models that solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven insights into product features.
- Perform advanced exploratory data analysis and feature engineering to uncover hidden patterns.
- Lead technical architecture discussions for data pipelines and modeling strategies.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to our internal knowledge-sharing culture.
- Monitor model performance and implement retraining workflows to ensure long-term accuracy.
- Translate non-technical requirements from stakeholders into precise machine learning objectives.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics.
- Fluency in Python and deep expertise in libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, and Pandas.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with cloud-based data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift).
- Solid understanding of MLOps best practices, including CI/CD for models and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Proven track record of shipping production-level models that had a measurable business impact.
