Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust machine learning models and statistical algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Perform in-depth exploratory data analysis (EDA) and data cleaning to ensure high data quality and integrity.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure using cloud technologies (AWS/Azure) and containerization.
- Communicate complex findings and model performance metrics to non-technical stakeholders through clear visualization and reporting.
- Stay current with the latest research, trends, and best practices in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a data science or analytics role within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch) and SQL.
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or cloud data warehouses.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting technical concepts to diverse audiences.
