Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy advanced ML models for predictive analytics and optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into data solutions
- Design and execute A/B tests to validate model performance and business impact
- Create compelling data visualizations and executive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Lead data science projects end-to-end from hypothesis to implementation
- Mentor junior data scientists and conduct peer code reviews
- Stay current with emerging ML techniques through research and experimentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data science with proven ML deployment success
- Expertise in Python, SQL, and statistical modeling (scikit-learn, TensorFlow)
- Strong business acumen to translate technical findings into strategic insights
- Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
- Portfolio demonstrating complex data science projects with measurable impact
- Excellent communication skills for presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders
