Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines using Python, PyTorch, and cloud platforms
- Analyze complex datasets to uncover actionable business insights and predictive models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into product features
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and statistical validation for algorithmic improvements
- Mentor junior data scientists and champion data literacy initiatives

Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science with production ML models
- Expertise in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and SQL
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies
