Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced ML models for predictive analytics and data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into data science projects
- Develop A/B testing frameworks and conduct rigorous statistical analysis
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Python, R, and Tableau
- Lead data preprocessing pipelines and optimize data infrastructure

Qualifications
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science or machine learning roles

- Strong foundation in statistical modeling and experimental design
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data tools
