Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end development, validation, and deployment of advanced machine learning models and statistical algorithms to solve complex business problems.
  • Design and execute A/B tests and other experiments to evaluate the impact of new features and product changes, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define problem statements, gather requirements, and communicate findings effectively.
  • Mine large, complex datasets to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization and predictive modeling.
  • Mentor junior data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and best practices within the team.

Qualifications
