Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for production-grade predictive systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to define key performance indicators and analytics strategy.
- Conduct deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Develop robust A/B testing frameworks to validate product feature impact.
- Mentor junior data team members and establish best practices for coding standards and model documentation.
- Automate reporting workflows to provide real-time data visibility across departments.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, predictive modeling, or advanced analytics.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow) and SQL.
- Demonstrated experience working with cloud-based data warehouses like Snowflake, AWS Redshift, or BigQuery.
- Strong statistical background with experience in experimental design and causal inference.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data findings into clear executive narratives.
