Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced machine learning models for predictive analytics in healthcare systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from data exploration to deployment
- Develop scalable data pipelines using cloud technologies (AWS/GCP)
- Communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Mentor junior data scientists and champion best practices in MLOps
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science with proven impact in healthcare analytics
- Expertise in Python, SQL, and statistical modeling frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ML project delivery
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate insights for executive audiences
