- Mentor junior data scientists and foster best practices in the team

Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science and ML model development
- Expertise in Python, SQL, and statistical programming (R/SAS)
- Proven track record deploying production-grade ML systems on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong foundation in experimental design and A/B testing methodologies
- Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
