- Lead A/B testing frameworks and causal inference analysis to measure campaign effectiveness

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data science or analytics roles
- Expert proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and statistical analysis libraries (scikit-learn, pandas)
- Proven track record of building production-level machine learning models
