Responsibilities
- Design and implement machine learning models to forecast market trends and customer behavior
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from hypothesis to deployment
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive reporting
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis and experimental design (A/B testing)
- Mentor junior data scientists and promote best practices
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into production systems

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics roles
- Expert proficiency in Python, SQL, and statistical modeling (scikit-learn, TensorFlow)
- Proven track record of deploying ML models in production environments
- Strong business acumen with experience in financial services preferred
