Responsibilities

- Create interactive dashboards and data visualizations using tools like Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights to executive leadership
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate hypotheses and drive product improvements
- Mentor junior data scientists and foster a collaborative, data-driven culture within the organization
- Stay current with emerging technologies in NLP, deep learning, and big data frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of professional experience
- Expert proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and statistical analysis libraries (scikit-learn, pandas)
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex ML projects with measurable business impact
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with MLOps and CI/CD pipelines for production model deployment
- Published research or conference presentations in data science or analytics preferred
