Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy advanced machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI models into scalable production environments.
- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and extract actionable business insights.
- Design and evaluate A/B tests to optimize user experience and feature performance.
- Communicate findings and strategic recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentor junior data scientists and champion best practices in code quality and experimentation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, predictive modeling, or machine learning.
- Proficiency in Python or R with strong experience in ML libraries (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Expert-level SQL skills and experience working with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, or AWS Redshift).
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, probability, and experimental design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business narratives.
