Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for predictive analytics and NLP applications
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and causal inference projects to optimize business KPIs
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI and communicate findings to C-suite stakeholders
- Mentor junior data scientists and conduct peer reviews for model robustness and ethical compliance
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models into production environments with MLflow
- Publish research in peer-reviewed journals or present at industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of experience in data science with proven portfolio of deployed ML models
- Expertise in Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and SQL with PostgreSQL/Redshift
- Strong statistical foundation in hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
- Demonstrated ability to translate business problems into data solutions
- Certification in AWS Machine Learning or Google Cloud Data Engineer preferred
