Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for predictive analytics and automation
- Leverage Python, SQL, and cloud technologies (AWS/GCP) to process and analyze massive datasets
- Create compelling data visualizations and narratives that translate insights into actionable strategies
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and causal inference projects to drive product optimization
- Mentor junior data scientists and evangelize data-driven culture across departments
- Pioneer research in NLP, computer vision, or deep learning for novel applications
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of professional data science experience with portfolio of production-level models
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and SQL
- Strong statistical foundation with experimental design and hypothesis testing expertise
- Experience with distributed computing (Spark, Hadoop) and cloud data warehouses
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders
