Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data science solutions using Python, SQL, and ML frameworks
- Analyze large-scale datasets to uncover actionable business insights and trends
- Develop predictive models for customer behavior, risk assessment, and optimization
- Create compelling data visualizations and executive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models into production environments
- Mentor junior data scientists and establish best practices in model validation
- Translate technical findings into strategic recommendations for stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics roles
- Expertise in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and SQL
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design skills
- Proven experience building and deploying ML models at scale
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
