- Mentor junior data scientists and establish best practices

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years building production ML models at scale
- Expertise in Python, SQL, and distributed computing frameworks

- Experience with A/B testing and causal inference
