Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy production-grade machine learning pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to solve complex business problems.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify high-impact growth opportunities.
- Develop robust A/B testing frameworks to validate product feature efficacy.
- Mentor junior data team members and establish internal best practices for data science workflows.
- Communicate findings through high-level dashboards and stakeholder presentations.
- Improve model performance through feature engineering and advanced algorithmic tuning.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, predictive modeling, or machine learning.
- Expertise in Python, R, and advanced SQL for complex data extraction and analysis.
- Deep understanding of cloud computing environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying models into production environments using Docker/Kubernetes.
- Strong knowledge of MLOps principles and model versioning tools (MLflow/DVC).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical gaps.
