Responsibilities
- Design and deploy sophisticated machine learning models to solve high-impact business problems.
- Lead end-to-end data pipelines, from ingestion and cleaning to model deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to integrate predictive features into core products.
- Develop automated dashboards and visual reporting tools to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Conduct A/B testing and rigorous statistical analysis to validate model performance and business impact.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to elevating the technical standards of the data team.
- Perform feature engineering and selection to improve model accuracy and scalability.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn).
- Deep experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex data into strategic insights.
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks like Spark or Dask is highly desirable.
