Responsibilities

- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to technical documentation and best practices.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Develop automated reporting dashboards to track key performance indicators.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or quantitative research.
- Expertise in Python or R, with deep knowledge of libraries such as Pandas, Scikit-Learn, and PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong background in SQL and working with large-scale distributed databases (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Spark).
- Experience with cloud-based machine learning environments (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proven track record of shipping production-level models.
