Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
- Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions
- Lead A/B testing frameworks for product optimization initiatives
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models at scale
- Present insights to C-level stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Mentor junior data scientists and conduct technical workshops
- Research and implement novel NLP techniques for unstructured data analysis
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science with production-level ML systems
- MS/PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- Expertise in Python, SQL, and distributed computing (Spark/Dask)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating model deployment in cloud environments (AWS/GCP)
- Proven track record of translating business impact through ML solutions
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow)
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
