Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy advanced machine learning models to solve high-impact business challenges.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define data strategy and KPIs.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden patterns and trends.
- Automate data pipelines using Python, SQL, and cloud-based infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to a high-performance culture.
- Conduct A/B testing frameworks to validate model efficacy and product improvements.
- Present technical findings to executive leadership to influence strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, predictive modeling, or machine learning.
- Expertise in Python or R and strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
- Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Strong background in statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
- Demonstrated experience deploying models to production environments using Docker/Kubernetes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to tell stories through data.
